Join us during your lunch break for a follow-up on Jesse Williams case where he challenged the State Crime Lab's Blood Alcohol tests. Attorney Jesse Williams has become a leader in challenging the State Crime Lab’s lack of reliable scientific principles and methods under MRE 702 and Daubert, he will discuss how the Michigan State Crime Lab is not following proper scientific procedures and the testimony he has illicit in his cases regarding their GC/MS testing and how to use that information in your cases.
