DAY 1INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHODRAMA

This is not just for OWI attorneys. Day One is for any litigator who wants to better understand people, tell stronger stories, and connect more deeply with judges, juries, witnesses, and clients.

Michigan Psychodrama Center

This immersive session introduces you to the powerful tools of psychodrama, including:

  • Core elements and foundational concepts
  • Proven techniques used in therapeutic and legal settings
  • Real-world applications and benefits
  • Experiential learning—you won’t just learn it, you’ll do it

Objective: Equip you with practical, action-based skills you can immediately apply.

DAY 2 — FROM THEORY TO TRIAL

Take what you’ve learned and apply it directly to OWI defense strategy, including

  • Developing client narratives
  • Voir dire (jury selection)
  • Trial presentation and persuasion techniques

Focus: Turning human stories into compelling advocacy.
